During my New Year stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They made sure that my needs were attended to and some even spoke English, made communication easier. the hotel's location was a major advantage. It was conveniently situated near the subway and various shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms were clean, spacious, and provided a comfortable stay.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. the breakfast experience was disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. It is also close to the MTR and on top of a subway station, making transportation convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a wide selection, with friendly staff trying their best. the hotel provides good value for the price.
The staff at the hotel have limited English skills, which can sometimes cause communication difficulties.

Friendly staff, good breakfast options, convenient location near malls and airport expressway, clean and comfortable room, helpful service despite language barriers. Great 5th floor bar area, cozy atmosphere, decent wifi. Walking distance to 798 art zone and MTR. Attentive and excellent staff service. Nice view from room.
